This is a second, smaller painting I have made this year of this enchanting cottage near Kellie Castle in Fife, Scotland. The title is a vernacular spelling of the more usual 'Crow Wood Cottage'. Aptly named because there is quite a larger population of Crows living in the area, roosting in the trees.
The cottage nestles under a magnificent copper beech tree.
I hope to make some paintings of this place during the Winter month too.
