The wall object cosmic energy II consists of over 625 precisely handcrafted larch wood cubes. Each cube was individually cut to size, carefully glued, and arranged in a geometric yet lively composition. The interplay of light and shadow creates a vibrant mosaic. Different viewing angles create dynamic reflections that give the impression of movement and energy. Thus, the work refers to the idea of cosmic energies reflected in the structure of nature.
The natural surface allows the variety of grains, colour nuances and annual rings to remain visible, bringing the organic beauty of the wood to the fore.
