There is a huge Copper Beech tree on the Childwickbury Estate just by the little church. We stood under it yesterday and looked up. The evening sun was shining though the leaves and the whole composition just blew me away. The colours were amazing - I could see pinks and verdigris greens and turquoise tones in the trunk. I took a great photo but could not resist to try and capture it on paper.
