This original abstract collage explores the subtle interplay of texture, shape, and form. Composed by hand on heavy card, each piece incorporates layers of hand-painted and textured papers that are thoughtfully arranged to create a strong, yet balanced composition.
The warm, neutral palette of beiges, ochres, greys and earth tones draws inspiration from natural landscapes and coastal textures. The black accents are a way to ground each piece. Structured elements provide rhythm, while softer, curved lines and shapes introduce movement.
