Original artwork description
I painted this in 1975 and have managed to hang onto it through various moves and situations. It's a fair size painted on canvas (slightly damaged but repaired) and has a metal 'edge' frame.
It was painted in the upstairs room of the pub in London's West End where I lived at the time and is something of a self portrait (as are all works of art) reflecting the state of mind at the time.
