Colmar: a beautiful quaint town in the Alsace region of north-eastern France, near the border with Germany. I love the old town with cobblestone streets and half-timbered medieval and early Renaissance buildings. But it was the colourful architecture — together with the view along the canal — which provided the inspiration for this piece.

This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The painting is provided in a complimentary handmade wooden frame which is painted white and fitted with picture wire, ready to hang. The painting is signed on the front and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.

The painting measures 16 x 20 inches (40 x 50 cm).

All paintings are professionally wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are shipped with tracking and insurance.
