Mixedmedia: collage and acrylics
The work presents an abstract collage style, with a composition that integrates different elements. A mixed technique of painting and collage is perceived, using paper with geometric patterns, such as triangles, and text, along with circles and coloured dots. The colour palette is vibrant, with primary and secondary tones. The colours are arranged in contrasting ways, creating a sense of visual energy.
The work has elements of a pop art or geometric abstraction approach. We used a technique of overlapping and cutting paper, creating an irregular surface texture. The result is a dynamic and visually appealing image, which plays with the duality between organic and geometric elements, and between text and colours.
