The coasts of Galicia, Spain.

In this work, I sought to capture the imposing force and raw beauty of the Galician coast just before the arrival of a rain shower. The inexorable approach of the rain is palpable. This painting is not merely a representation of nature; it is an invitation to feel the power and tranquility of a landscape on the verge of transformation.

This piece is painted "alla prima," allowing me to seize the fleeting effects of light. The quick execution provides spontaneity and vivacity to my brushwork.

The white finishing on the sides of the canvas allows, if you wish, for hanging without a frame.
