The coasts of Galicia in Muxia, Spain.

In this work, I capture the morning light making its way through the rugged coasts of Galicia.

This piece is painted "alla prima," allowing me to seize the fleeting effects of light. The quick execution provides spontaneity and vivacity to my brushwork.

The white finishing on the sides of the canvas allows, if you wish, for hanging without a frame.

Materials used:

This painting is painted with professional grade oil colors on a primed canvas. I prepare myself my canvases to create a texture specific to my painting needs and to insure them maximum longevity.
