A Scottish mountain landscape painting inspired by the rocky granite tor of Clachnaben, an iconic rugged peak on the border of the hills of the Angus glens and Aberdeenshire, overlooking Glen Dye. in this artwork I have tried to portray the atmosphere and mood of a misty autumn day on the moorlands of this wild landscape of Scotlands grouse moors.
Painted in muted autumnal colours with a cloudy sky in a modern contemporary impressionistic style.

Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
