Collage: Paper, Wood and Acrylic on Wood.
Through extensive collecting of vintage books and the obsessive sorting of colours, textures and subject matters.
I have collected reams of images of skies and clouds. I have then meticulously chosen my favorite sections and hand bonded them onto wood. These are then pressed, glazed and laser cut into circles.
The laser cut sky circles are then mounted in this circular geometric form.
I hope that this piece brings a light and dreamy mood to the space or home it ends up in. I hope it works well in an office space or a bedroom.
