Original artwork description
This figurative sculpture has been created from one whole 12" vinyl music record (PF Project - "Choose Life") from the Trainspotting Movie, and mounted upon a 10 x 10 x 3cm cloudy acrylic block. The blue perspex rod has been custom formed. The liquid-like figure has been created using various heat sources. Fine art practice contrasts with modern materials.
Each figurative, contemporary sculpture from the "REmuse" series is sculpted from one whole 7" or 12" vinyl record, with nothing added and nothing removed from the original material - function becomes form.
**Please be aware that all artworks are posted Royal Mail Tracked & Signed - due to the nature of the varying sizes of works when packaged, if postage has been overcharged then a partial refund will be given.
