Artwork description:

This image is one of my Bardo series. I'm exploring the time between life and death and the possibilities.

The image is a woodcut with a bold and graphic style. It features a bright red background.

In the center, there is a large, yellow-colored structure that resembles an electricity pylon or a radio tower. It has a triangular shape, tapering towards the top.

To the left of the central structure is a black silhouette of a human figure. The figure is facing forward and has yellow outlines that define the head, limbs, and torso.

To the right of the central structure is another human figure, also a black silhouette, but this one is shown from the back, as if facing away. This figure has yellow lines that seem to depict a skeletal or anatomical structure within the body, like a spinal column, ribs, and limb bones. This figure has its arms outstretched.

Connecting the central yellow tower to both figures are jagged, yellow lines that look like bolts of lightning or electrical discharges, emanating from the tower and reaching out to the hands of the figures. This suggests a connection or transfer of energy between the tower and the people.

The overall color scheme is stark and limited to red, black, and yellow. There is some visible texture from the printing process, on the red background.
