The Edinburgh Meadows is the name of a public park area in central Edinburgh. There are several avenues of cherry trees there and in May every year they blossom in a delightful way. It is amazing to walk through the tree lined avenues at this time of year. I wanted to communicate the intense pink colour of the blossom.
