Cheonwangmun, the Gate of the Four Heavenly Kings, stands at the entrance to Bogyeongsa Temple in Pohang, North Gyeongsang Province, its dark tiled roof rising against forested hills wrapped in mist. A stone pagoda is visible through the open doorway, framed by red pillars and mustard-yellow panels. A gravel path leads through a low stone wall toward the threshold, flanked by pines whose dark trunks cross the scene. A single figure stands beneath the gate, small against its scale, as damp weather softens the mountain behind it. Wooden signboards above the entrance carry temple and mountain names in bold black calligraphy, framed by faded dancheong brackets in green and red. To the left, a low administrative building and a row of connected halls trail off toward the misty tree line, their painted eaves echoing the gate's colors at a smaller scale.
