This work is part of my ongoing exploration of movement, rhythm and emotional connection through abstracted animal forms. I am interested in that moment when abstraction and figuration overlap: the viewer first sees the rhythm of shapes and colours, only then discovers the horses and their silent dialogue. For me, this work speaks of energy, movement and the fragile balance between freedom and connection. Using acrylic, modelling paste, sand and a real gold-plated chain, I build a multi-layered surface that seems almost sculptural. The horses are made up of fragments of colours and textures, like a living kaleidoscope. The chain that connects them introduces a narrative element: it can be read as a symbol of partnership, dependence, communication or even tension. I deliberately keep the story open so that each viewer can project their own experience of relationships and inner energy onto the work. The strong colours and geometric segments give the painting a musical, almost orchestral feel, where each shape is a note in a larger composition.
