Original artwork description:

An original oil painting of a cerulean blue paint tube, painted on a quiet Sunday. In the end, even the simple subjects turn out to be more complicated than you first thought once you start to work on them. I found this a good study on edges, particularly of the shadows, which were very soft in the indirect light from my studio window, and also the various reflected lights in the metal parts of the tube.

Unframed size - 15 cm (H) x 19cm (W) x 1cm (D) / (approx 6 x 4 inches).

Additional information: This original artwork was painted on Panel using high-quality Michael Harding oil paints and finished with Gamvar gloss varnish. It has been signed on the front, and on the back are the title, date and a list of materials.

Paintings are shipped via express courier (next-day Royal Mail for UK orders or UPS/FedEx for international orders), securely packaged, and fully insured in case of any eventualities.
