Ceremony is a layered photomontage that explores the fleeting rituals of urban life. Ghost-like figures move through a fractured cityscape, their forms dissolving into weathered textures, architectural fragments, and traces of memory. The muted palette and distressed surfaces create a sense of impermanence, suggesting the way individual lives briefly intersect before disappearing back into the flow of the city.

The work combines photography, digital collage, and textured overlays to blur the boundary between the physical and psychological landscape. Inspired by the rhythms of daily movement—commuting, gathering, passing strangers—Ceremony reflects on the quiet ceremonies that shape contemporary life. The image invites viewers to consider themes of presence and absence, collective experience, and the fragile imprint people leave upon the urban environment.

Both atmospheric and contemplative, the piece transforms an ordinary city scene into a meditation on memory, connection, and the transient nature of human experience.
