Original artwork description:
A pretty belly dancer playing the castanets as she dances. Based on sketches made of a dancer in Egypt. I liked this pose so much , that I did two separate paintings based on my sketch , but with very different color schemes ; also I changed her face slightly , between the two paintings.
The painting is done on a gallery canvas , and is painted around the sides. Framing is not necessary.
Materials used:
Winsor and Newton oils , Gamvar varnish
