Original artwork description:

"From the series Objects That Carry the 21st Century"

In this vivid landscape, I painted an element completely foreign to nature – an electricity pole – symbolizing the modern human world.
Paradoxically, even though this object enables the movement of the 21st century, its form seems frozen in the aesthetics of the past.

This is an oil painting on canvas, measuring 90 x 120 cm. Personally signed on the front and the back and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the uniqueness and origin of this piece. The painting is sold unframed and shipped securely rolled in tube.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact.

Tomas Stanaitis is a new-generation Lithuanian painter.
His works are most often inspired by themes of nature and landscape. As he says:
“As an artist, what I enjoy most is observing. Whether it’s a landscape, still life, or portrait—there’s always something fascinating to look at closely. I try to see the color and shape. If it’s a landscape, I aim to feel and convey the sense of space. I often emphasize color as a way to highlight the essence of painting itself.”
A direct visual experience is extremely important in his creative process, which is why he always works from life. He combines the plasticity of drawing with the depth of painting. Tomas believes that the answers he seeks in his art can be found in nature—not within the four walls of a studio.

His works are held in private collections in Miami, London, Brussel.
