Buddha's First Sermon

It was June in Thailand This land of Buddha and lotuses has given my heart much beauty. After climbing many steps up the mountain in Hua Hin, I visited a Buddhist monastery. There, among the thickets and ancient architecture, I saw an interesting snow-white statue. Buddha was giving blessings to his five disciples. This statue preserves the memory of Buddha's first sermon.
First I created a watercolor sketch, which by the way is also available in my shop. And then I made a painting on a large sheet of paper.
