Brittany, the eternal muse of artists, continues to inspire me with its wild and untamed beauty. The interdependence of the elements is fascinating. The water, rocks, and light interact and challenge each other to form a scene that is both peaceful and powerful. There is a fluid dialogue between stillness and movement, between raw presence and the unleashing of elements.
Waves breaking on the rocks are a fascinating spectacle. Their energy thus released, they retreat as if at peace, into a mirror of water.
The white finish of the sides of the canvas allows, if you wish, a hanging without a frame.
