Original artwork description:

Bridestones 14, Original Oil Painting,
1,400 feet above sea-level the Bridestones stand on the moors to the east of Todmorden. a half mile long escarpment of Millstone Grit outcrops. Millstone Grit comprises thirty four individually named sandstones.
I love to go and wander among the stones, at all times of year, in the mist, the snow, at dusk, in the rain, there's always something new to paint.

Painted in oil paint on a quality deep box framed canvas, I have used an expressive and natural style with the brush strokes.

An original Oil painting on Wooden frame with gallery wrapped canvas, double primed and could either be hung as it is or framed. Hanging fixtures are attached to the back of the painting.

The work is not framed and is ready to be framed to your preferences.

Size of painting
50 x 50 x 4 cm
20 x 20 x 1.5 inches
