In Briar Rose Garden I have tried to capture the wild, untamed beauty of a garden left to nature, where roses climb and twist, creating their own secret world. The roses here aren’t delicate, they’re bold, with deep, rich colors that almost seem to grow off the canvas. The semi abstract style allows the shapes to blend and overlap, giving the feeling that you’re peeking into a tangled, enchanted space where every petal tells a story. I wanted the painting to feel a magical, like you’re discovering something hidden among the layers of color and texture. There’s a sense of movement, with the paint sweeping and swirling, as if the garden itself is alive, shifting in the breeze. It’s a place where beauty and wildness coexist, where the roses bloom freely, full of wild beauty. This painting is my tribute to those untamed, magical spaces where nature blooms.
