In my work, I begin with the natural shape and character of the stone, allowing it to guide each decision. I respond intuitively to its lines, carving in a way that reveals both movement and stillness, always exploring the balance between control and freedom.
“Bow Tie” plays with contrast—tight and open, curved and structured—suggesting connection, balance, and quiet refinement. As light moves across its surface, subtle shifts in texture and tone bring the form to life from different angles.
