Gestural painting with the theme of birch woods that I love so much. The colors are bright and expressive, almost abstract.
This work is part of the cycle of works on the forest and nature entitled "Silent Rebellion" and was the first of this series of works that led me to think about the problem of microplastics and their subtle invasive power.
Oil colors on 100% cotton canvas. The edges are painted or finished so that the painting can be hung without a frame. The work is finished with a layer of glossy water-based varnish.
