Boats in La Tremblade.1 (2026) Original Oil Painting by Nikifor Swiristuhin

I stand by the water, painting a sunny day in La Tremblade.
Before me, an old boat gently rocks on the water, reflected in the green surface.
The bright blue house and red roofs fill the landscape with vivid, warm light.
I apply the paint in thick strokes, trying to capture the movement and freshness of the air.
I especially love the contrast between the blue walls and the fiery red roofs.
Around the boat, I see wooden posts, boat gear, and the overgrown shoreline.
I am not trying to create an exact copy — what matters to me is preserving the mood of this quiet place.
In this painting, I leave a part of my admiration for the sea, the light, and the life of La Tremblade.
