Original artwork description
I painted this boat station in the open air from life, recently in the summer in July. When I was finishing painting, a sharp storm started, the wind started blowing and everything started to blow away. We quickly packed up and left the park to the nearest coffee shop.
My painting watercolor on cotton paper, using mainly palette brush and watercolor paints.
Watercolors give this work a special lightness and airiness. I like paint with watercolors using the ala prima technique, using the effects of splatter, transparency and color saturation.
