Mountains signify awe for me. I love to see them, climb them, paint them, be atop one and just pause to take in the majesty of our world. In my paintings, I like to suggest them in a slightly deconstructed, dream or imagination state, as I have done here. I have used a soft palette because it promotes well-being and I believe that art in the home can truly promote wellness and peace.
