One of the most recognizable flowers, the iris often features bluish-purple petals with contrasting yellow and white accents.

Blue irises represent faith and hope.

The painting has two red Traditional Chinese seals, one of them means "Happy" the other is a seal that means ''Always Blessed''.

It was hand-painted using traditional Chinese materials: black ink and mineral pigments on Xuan (rice) paper, known for its natural texture and durability.
