Original artwork description
Much of my work revolves around the exploration of identity and the visual perception by others. This is another work exploring these themes as well as being a tone and limited palette study.
Oil on canvas (this is the grey, black white painting) and then hot pink light modelling paste has been applied across the surface. Work is difficult to photograph because of the contrast colours and the reflectiveness of the dark painted surface. Sides are painted to match the front.
