Pebble Beach represents a special place for me and my kids. When they were young, we would walk down to the bank of the Eagle River near our home. Loaded with small rocks from the spring runoff, we would have throwing contests with these rocks to see who could get the most "skips" across the river. It always makes me smile when I remember those lazy summer days together.
