"Black Cat on Pink," is an original painting with carefully crafted collaged elements. The striking contrast of pink and lime green creates a vibrant backdrop for the mysterious black cat with a mesmerizing green eye. This painting exudes a sense of playfulness and charm - perfect for cat lovers and those who appreciate a playful, contemporary aesthetic.
I used acrylic paints, inks and collage. I make my own collage papers by painting on lightweight sheets with layers of professional grade colour. After cutting out shapes with a knife, I glue the pieces onto good-quality paper using archival glue.
