Original artwork description
I first discovered the town of St Remy, and this a Bistro cum Restaurant, about twenty three years ago. This has long been one of the most charming spots, in what has held the rank of being my favorite Town in the Luberon region of Provence, France, for years. St. Remy is quite known for being the town in which Van Gogh Spent time convalescing, after his “ear incident”, that took place when he was living in nearby Arles. This Bistro/ Restaurant has been a favorite spot for me, whenever I am in this town, so filled with charm and beauty! The edges of this canvas are painted so it can be hung, unframed!
