First in a new series of big blue sky paintings exploring the relationship of naturally strong complementary colours. These works where carried out in high intensity sunlight conditions to capture hue strength of sky and land. They can only be painted at a certain time of year in my local landscape as they include the oil seed crops which display their yellows from may to june.

Edges of canvas painted so can be hung without frame if so desired.

Colourings may vary slightly due to monitor differences.

Painting is on highest quality cotton canvas only using high grade Oil Paint.
