The Dream Dance series of work is inspired by my friend Elen who is a professional dancer and uses the pole for fitness. In this work I was both interested in showing the pole and note showing the pole that she used to generate this dynamic position. Gravity sucks. The pole became a ghost. This is about an existential longing for freedom, even to fly maybe.
