This mixed media painting was inspired by the intuitive process of building layers and allowing each stage to guide the next. Rather than starting with a fixed idea, the work developed organically, shaped by movement, texture, and spontaneous decisions.

Through the composition, I aim to evoke a sense of curiosity and openness—inviting viewers to pause, explore the surface, and find their own meaning within the abstract forms. The balance between structured elements and expressive gestures creates both tension and harmony.

I chose mixed media to expand the visual language of the painting, combining different materials and techniques to achieve depth and complexity. This approach allows the work to evolve freely, reflecting both control and unpredictability.

Materials used:

Acrylic paint, pastels, art markers, art pencils.
