- Behind the Masks
Original artwork description
I made this using bits of torn cartridge paper and water soluble pencil. I love the qualities of paper, being able to add layer upon layer to build texture, or tear it off to leave weathered, almost transparent edges.
The subject is a puppet, who was sat in the window of an antique store in Old Nice.
The collage is created on a wooden panel, and is framed in a black, deep profile , wooden frame.
Materials used:
pencil and paper
Details:
- Pencil drawing on Paper on board
- One of a kind artwork
- Size: 31.75 x 63.5 x 5.08cm (framed)
- Framed and ready to hang
- Signed on the front
- Style: Collage
- Subject: People and portraits
