I was out walking along this trail and took a wrong turn. Quite surprisingly I ended up on a bank of grass overlooking a river with gorgeous rocks and waterfalls. I was 2 miles in with my easel, supplies, snacks and water. All set up I continued to paint then took a dip in refreshing Bear river.
