I aimed to capture a pure and beautiful summer moment—a young girl running along the shore, waves splashing, and seagulls soaring in the sky. This painting is not just a depiction of a beach scene; it’s an emotional expression of youth, freedom, and the harmony between humans and nature. It symbolizes the carefree essence of childhood and the tranquility the ocean brings.

Painting Techniques:

In creating this piece, I used expressive and dynamic brushstrokes, especially in depicting the splashing water and the wind-blown background, to enhance the sense of movement. The contrast between warm skin tones and the cool blues of the water draws attention to the girl as the focal point. Light and shadow play a crucial role in adding depth, creating a sense of transparency in the water and a tactile quality to the damp skin. The composition is centered around the girl’s figure, with the seagulls adding a rhythmic flow, making the scene feel both layered and full of life.
