ABOUT THE ARTWORK
“Be My Guest” is an invitation to enter a space where the spiritual and the physical are not separated.
For the artist, the table becomes an inner refuge and a point of nourishment — not only physical, but also mental.
The work speaks of warm hospitality, the quiet of shared presence, and the acceptance that gathers a person back together.
“TABLE” SERIES
The “Table” series explores the meeting of the earthly and the spiritual through the shared space of the table.
In these works, the artist intertwines Christian narratives with themes of sensuality and earthly beauty.
She refers to the table as a place of spiritual attention — a point of gravity and gathering within chaos.
In the tradition of Christian art, the table appears as Eucharist, communion, an act of acceptance.
In her interpretation, it becomes a metaphor: round, warm, alive, saturated with beauty.
At the same time, the table for the artist is a stronghold and a symbol of communication, refuge, and spiritual exchange —
a place where not only the body is nourished, but the mental hunger as well.
The table becomes a metaphor for an inner spiritual shelter to which we can return again and again.
