Original artwork description:

Listening to music releases endorphins in the brain. In addition to feeling euphoric, endorphins suppress anxiety, relieve pain and stabilise the immune system. When endorphin levels are high, we experience fewer negative effects of stress.

My girl plays music on her vielle without touching the strings. But you can still hear it.

The instrument was also known as a fidel or a viuola, although the French name for the instrument, vielle, is generally used; the word comes from the same root as fiddle. It was one of the most popular instruments of the medieval period before it was superseded by the violin as we know it today.

You can use your favourite book to arrage the composition instead of the box in your creative way.

Be creative and have a great day,
