Original artwork description:

This painting is from my recent series of Lemons Paintings titled “When Life gives you Lemons”. I created a series of 30 still life paintings with a bunch of pink flowers and some lemons, exploring different lighting conditions.

For this painting, I setup my arrangement against the light so that the entire setup is in the shadow. I love the rich color effects that it produces and it was great fun to paint.

The painting comes with a modern black wooden frame, ready to hang. I have chosen a simple frame that keeps the focus on the artwork. However, if you’d prefer to frame it yourself, please let me know and I will ship it unframed.
