"Take it one step at a time, practice the opening of the heart every day and you will be given light,
you will see beauty in all things, even in a cockroach. We can cry in discovering its perfection. In this suspended time you have had many opportunities to wake up. Have you entered? Have you seen your shadows? Because to see the light you need to look at a black background, your black background. Entering inside of you is beauty. Have you had the urge to look deeply into your demons? There you will find the light. The light does not come from above, but is within you. Because you went there in the observation space, you recognized them and therefore you can detach yourself from them. Above is the sun, which protects and guides you. Above is the moon, which embraces you in the night.
The stars are all with you. Step by step the light grows inside and out."
