This reduction linocut captures the mood of late autumn. The trees and shrubs have shed their leaves and those leaves blanket the ground, muffling sound.
The sky is low and gray; fog obscures the hillsides and creates a silent world of mystery.
You’ve walked this path a hundred times and know what lies behind the mists and yet, in the autumn hush, it might be anything.
