The leaves of the London Plane Tree in Autumn have a special quality - they glow and appear red, then gold, then yellow. Ever since I was young these have caught my attention and inspired me.
I wanted to capture the moment and the beauty of the foliage as you look skywards..

This is an oil on canvas painting made in my studio and has been a work in progress for a number of years. Finally complete and back from a loan it is now available to buy. A statement piece, this is a lovely deep sided canvas with hangings on the back ready for your wall and signed on the front with my initials.
