This work was painted during plein air in the village of Sidnev, located near the ancient city of Chernigov. A picturesque place, a view from the hill to the forest. Juicy green grass. Bend of the sleeves of the river Snov. And on the hill there are two small birches, rustle with leaves in the autumn wind. More recently, it was a hot summer, but the trees are turning yellow and the days are becoming fresh, silvery.
