"Autumn Across the Happy Hills" is a large abstract landscape made up of layered shapes and warm, earthy colors that roll across the canvas like gentle hills. Pinks, ochres, greens, browns, yellows and touches of blue move around each other, creating depth, rhythm and a quiet sense of movement. Small patterns and repeated forms appear throughout the surface, encouraging the viewer to spend time discovering different areas of the painting.
