Original artwork description
This mixed media abstract painting was created on a box canvas after a walk beside the Dee estuary at high tide. It is strongly advised not to walk out across the sands unless you know exactly the tide times. Also it is very important to return to dry land two hours at least before high tide. It is easy to be caught out and cut off as the tide rushes in around you...... with frightening speed across the sands it fills deep gullies. Sometimes, depending on weather conditions such as strong winds, tides can be much higher than expected.
This artwork has white painted sides so no need for framing and has been fitted with chord so is ready to hang. It has been signed on the side.
