As a keen astrology geek I love that this title could mean to reflect what goes on up in the sky is reflected on Earth.
Of course there are many meanings and interpretations or that just simply this vintage lady is dipping her toes in a galaxy of stars.

A slightly untraditional format, this piece would benefit from being further mounted into a more panoramic frame.

I've adhered the collage to thick acid free black paper for stability with about 0.5cm on show to help with mounting.
